Virtualization and Model Based Design of Automotive Electronics

Automotive Electronic Systems are trending toward greater complexity and greater reliance on networked electronic control units. The combination of escalating design complexity, shrinking development times, and higher quality requirements, drives the adoption of virtualization and model based design methodologies. This new design method relies on virtual prototypes instead of hardware prototypes for all facets of electronics design-from architecture analysis to software development and testing.
