Roger has over 30 years of experience in investment management and management consulting, including six years with McKinsey & Company. He co-founded CP Ventures Limited, a publicly listed Australian venture capital firm, with Roger Allen in 1984 and served as CEO until 1990, then was a prominent advisor to Australian companies and governments in the converging information industries until 1996, when Roger and he co-founded Allen & Buckeridge. A&B is one of Australia's largest early-stage technology VC firms, currently managing A$280 million of primarily Australian superannuation fund assets. A&B funds have participated in 44 start-up projects in the last decade, all related to the IT, digital media, telecommunications and services industries or in enabling technologies for these industries.

Alain Labat is President and CEO of VaST Systems Technology. Prior to joining VaST Alain was the President and CEO of TeraSystems and President and CEO of Sequence Design where he successfully brought together three separate companies (Frequency, Sente & Sapphire) growing the combined company to a position as the recognized leading supplier for SoD design closure tools for sub- 180nm and below, with critical technologies for power, signal integrity, timing and extraction. Mike Schuh joined VaST's board of directors following Foundation Capital's lead financial investment in April of 2005. Mike has more than 30 years of experience in the software industry, including four with technology start-ups. Twice in his career, he has created market-leading enterprise software companies: Computervision in the CAD/CAM market and Cadence in EDA (Electronic Design Automation).
Before joining Foundation Capital in 1998, Mike was CEO, co-founder, and chairman of the board of Intrinsa Corporation, a software applications company that was acquired by Microsoft. Mike was the vice president of sales at Clarify, Cadence Design Systems and Computervision prior to co-founding Intrinsa.

Jim Smith joined the VaST board in April, 2003. At MDV (Mohr Davidow Ventures), he focuses on communications and computing infrastructure investments and is active in extending MDV's relationships with leading universities and research centers.
Prior to MDV, Jim spent six years developing computing architectures and integrated circuits for high performance multimedia systems at Silicon Graphics, Inc., including the multi-billion dollar revenue O2 and Octane workstation lines. He has authored and refereed numerous papers on computing systems and circuit design. He also spent three years as a researcher in the Computer Systems Laboratory at Stanford University.
Marios Zenios
President and CEO of ALTO Consulting Inc
Zenios brings more than 20 years of automotive, telematics, and communications experience with Motorola. As a senior Motorola executive, he established the company as the global telematics leader, subsequently consolidated Motorola's Global automotive operations, and delivered growth and profitability. He is currently President and CEO of Alto Consulting Inc., a privately held start-up, that provides advisory, C level consulting for companies in the telecommunications and automotive markets.
