Richard T. Williams, CFA, CMT is Director of Research, Senior Software Analyst and Chief Market Technician for Summit Analytic Partners, providing Enterprise Software research and market commentary to institutions. Mr. Williams received his MBA in Finance from NYU's Stern School of Business. He received a BA in Government and Computer Science from Dartmouth College. He is both a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Chartered Market Technician, one of the first 14 in the world. Mr. Williams is a member of AIMR and the Market Technicians Association. He has developed a number of proprietary models to evaluate stocks and markets.
