Embedded Systems Veteran Isao Yumoto Named Corporate Vice President and General Manager, VaST Japan
SUNNYVALE, February 21, 2007--VaST Systems—the technologyleader in embedded design —today announced the appointment of Isao Yumoto as General Manager, VaST Japan KK, reporting directly to VaST CEO, Alain Labat. Mr. Yumoto brings over 30 years experience in engineering, marketing and sales of embedded systems, electronic systems and automotive electronics. Mr. Yumoto served 25 years in sales and marketing positions with IBM Japan focused primarily on the automotive and electronic systems market segments. Following IBM he established successful Japanese sales offices for US and Canadian software ventures in embedded and wireless technology areas including ISI, Pixo and Zucott Wireless. Most recently he was President of ENCIRQ KK an embedded data base company.

Mr.Yumoto’s responsibilities include direct management of the VaST Japan KK office, support of VaST’s Japanese customers and its long time Japanese distributor Gaia Systems.
