ADVISORY/ VaST Systems Technology to Demonstrate Architecture Design and Optimization Tools at Fall Microprocessor Forum
SUNNYVALE, California, October 3, 2006—VaST Systems Technology Corporation— the technology leader in embedded design —will demonstrate its solutions for embedded systems architecture, software development, and hardware design at In-Stat’s Fall Microprocessor Forum at the Doubletree Hotel in San Jose, California on October 10th and 11th.
VaST’s solutions are used to develop a virtual system prototype—a cycle-accurate model of a system on a chip (SoC) or embedded system that simulates at near real-time speeds. The virtual system prototype is used for architecture analysis and optimization as well as concurrent software development and hardware design. The early availability, high performance, and observability of virtual system prototypes result in reduced time to market and improved designer productivity.
VaST also will discuss its 1-SOURCE initiative which unifies the embedded system design flow with a single standards-compliant, high-speed, cycle-accurate virtual processor model integrated with complementary third party tools and interfaces.
